Portage County 4-H Members can apply to attend FREE trips to various Ohio 4-H events and camps. To apply for the 8 trips provided by our Portage County Fair Board, please fill out the achievement award below and turn into the Extension Office by February 2nd.

State 4-H Opportunities
Ohio 4-H offers a variety of awards, scholarships and opportunities at the state level. The Achievement forms must be signed by the Extension 4-H Professional before they are submitted to the state. All Achievement Records and any additional required applications must be submitted to the Extension Office by Friday, February 2nd, 2024.
