To Request Wrist Bands and Sign Electronic Waiver

Each family must fill out the form here: JrFair2020

The deadline for this form in order to get wrist bands for fair is August 11th at 8pm. 
 

The Fair Office hours are: 
Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10-5pm
Extra hours leading up to the entry deadline includes:
Saturday, August 8th -10am-2pm
Monday, August 10th - 10-5pm
Tuesday, August 11th - 9-8pm

  2. The USDA Summer Food Service Program (SFSP)

    The USDA Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) was established to fill the gap when children lose access to meals when schools are closed. Most often this occurs during summer vacation. However, during school closures related to the pandemic, meals are also being made available. You have the opportunity to supplement the food you have at home with meals and snacks for your children from local schools and community organizations.

    Starting Wednesday, March 18, 2020, the OSU Extension Office in Portage County will close temporarily in response to confirmation of the coronavirus in the State of Ohio. The office will re-open once official notification from The Ohio State University has been communicated that normal office functions can resume.

     

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. At this time, staff are continuing to serve clientele remotely via phone, email and voice mail during normal office hours

    Monday: 8:00 – 4:30 p.m.

    Wednesday: 8:00 – 4:30 p.m.
