Ohio SNAP-Ed Update
Federal funding for SNAP-Ed ended Sept 30, 2025. In Ohio, SNAP-Ed programming continued through Nov. 12. Contact your local Extension office to find out what similar programs might be available in your area.
2026 Portage County Extension Holiday Office Hours
As we approach the holiday season, the office will be closed the following dates:
Office Closed - December 24-25 & Jan. 1
Our office will be closed Tuesday, Dec. 24 and Wednesday, Dec. 25 for Christmas, and Wednesday, Jan. 1 for New Years! Office ours for the remainder of the year are Monday, Dec. 23, Thursday, Dec. 26 and Monday, Dec. 30 from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. We will also be open Thursday, Jan. 2 from 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
